Cleveland Manor consists of two sections: Cleveland Manor I and Cleveland Manor II. All apartments are for people with limited incomes. Rental options include:
- Market-Rate Housing: allows you to rent an apartment at a set rate, while maintaining affordability.
- Income-Based Housing: rent is based on 30% of your gross family income, with deductions for medical expenses and utilities. A number of subsidy programs are available to offset rent. We also accept Section 8 vouchers.
