About Us
Cleveland Manor is located in the heart of Midland, near the Community Center. (The nearest crossroads are Haley St. and Jefferson Ave.) It’s within walking distance to stores, restaurants and pharmacies. Cleveland Manor is proud of the neighborhood – and community.
History
Cleveland Manor is a nonprofit apartment facility that has continued to offer a first-rate living experience to older adults and people with disabilities for more than 50 years. It provides housing at reduced rates to low, very low and extremely low-income residents.
The building was designed by famous architect Alden B. Dow, who studied with Frank Lloyd Wright. His focus was on quality – and creating spaces that nurture and comfort people.
At Cleveland Manor, we work in collaboration with other agencies to provide help and housing for members of our community in need. We are committed to delivering a full living experience to those who call Cleveland Manor home.
