Cleveland Manor provides affordable housing for older adults and people with disabilities. We primarily operate with revenue generated from subsidized rental income. The vast majority of that revenue is used to operate and maintain our buildings.
Until recently, we have not relied on donations to fund our facilities or programs. However, we are now hoping to expand our activity offerings to residents and set aside more funds for facility repairs and upgrades.
Direct Donation
Donations sent directly to Cleveland Manor, Inc. may be allocated to one of two funds:
General Fund
Donations directed to this fund will be used at Cleveland Manor’s discretion (primarily facility repairs and improvements or reallocation to the other fund).
Resident Life Enhancement Fund
This fund covers the cost of events, activities, and holiday celebrations organized by Cleveland Manor for the enjoyment of all residents.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donations to Cleveland Manor, Inc. are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
