No, there is not a fee required to submit your application.

Is the application form available on the website?

No, the form is not available on the website.  Simply call our office at (989) 631-6480 or TTY: (800) 649-3777, or email us at info@clevelandmanor.org to request a form. You may also stop in and see us at 2200 Cleveland Ave, Midland, MI 48640.  Just call first to make sure the office is open.

What is included in the rent?

Water/sewer and trash services are included in your rent payment.  Charges for utilities are billed to you directly.

What utilities are paid by the residents?

Electric and heat utility payments are the responsibility of each resident. Residents may also choose phone, cable, or internet services at their own expense.

Is cable included in the rent?

No, cable is not included as part of the rent payment.  Discounted cable options are available for new residents through Spectrum.

What furnishings come with the apartment?

Cleveland Manor apartments include a range, refrigerator and room air conditioner unit.

Do residents have specific parking spots? If so, are they covered?

A parking space is assigned to each resident with a vehicle.  Covered parking is not available.

Does Cleveland Manor offer additional storage space?

Additional storage space is provided only for balcony furniture (two chairs and one table) during fall/winter months.

Does Cleveland Manor take care of all winter cleanup?

 Yes, all winter cleanup – snow removal from walkways and the parking areas – is managed by Cleveland Manor.

What is the neighborhood like?

Cleveland Manor is located in a beautiful, spacious residential setting.
